In most of my technical management career, I worked mostly with men which is the typical ration in the high-tech field. But in my current Operations role, I have the pleasure of working with few amazing female directors and a group of highly capable Project Managers that are all female.

A research came out of MIT Center for Collective Intelligence and Carnegie Mellon University has the following finding…


The finding: There’s little correlation between a group’s collective intelligence and the IQs of its individual members. But if a group includes more women, its collective intelligence rises.
