The Dilbert Definition of Leadership
Leadership is an intangible quality with no definition. That’s probably a good thing, because if the people being led knew the definition, they would hunt down their leaders and kill them.”

21 Suggestions for Success – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.
The following list has been hanging on a frame in my Canadian family’s basement washroom, right next to the toilet. The list has been there for the last 10+ years, and I read it as often as I went. Not a pleasant thought to share publicly in a blog, but the subconscious impact that it had on me over the years has been tremendous. I got the #1 done, (perhaps that was all the focus I had while reading this list in order), and the actual factor is totally true. Now I just need to work on the rest. Although I believe that if I can get very good at #1 and #21, I will have a pretty kick ass life. Thanks, Mom Billett!
